Gong Xi Fa Cai! Hong Bao Na Lai!
Since there’s no work tomorrow, I made myself a cocktail inspired by one of the drinks that I order over at EDSA BDG. The original version of this is like a Negroni with a kick of coffee. I made mine with some Bacardi Black Rum, sweet vermouth, Campari, and a shot of espresso. Sweet, bitter, slightly nutty and delicious.
