So in one of the Christmas parties that the parents attended last December, they won themselves an overnight stay in Cintai by Corito’s Garden, a Balinese inspired resort right outside Lipa City.

The whole compoud was pretty quiet and peaceful. Amenities in the room were very basic: Beds, toilet and bath, and a cabinet. There’s no TV. There’s no WiFi. The resort did have a swimming pool, spa, and a playground for kids, if you have any. They also have a few free roaming animals. Some of the creatures that we spotted were some ponies, geese, and peacocks!

As for the rates, the villa we got had two queen sized beds and a pretty spacious bathroom. Cost for that is Php 6,000.00 per night. Not bad considering the proximity to the city and the isolated feel that you get when you’re there. We brought our own wine as well. Good thing that we weren’t charged for corkage during our stay so that’s extra savings for us!

That’s about it for the resort! I would definitely try to come back with some of my friends next time. I will be sharing another post as well on the other things that we got to do in the area as well as how the resort looks at night.
